North Indian cultural Tour

North India has some of the best monuments and places which are a part of the rich history of India. It has one of the seven wonders of the world that is the Taj Mahal which is located in the historical city of Agra.

Equally interesting are places like Jaipur(Pink City) in Rajasthan which has plenty of forts and palaces which will leave you in awe.

Also, Indian capital Delhi. Divided into two parts – Old Delhi and New Delhi.Being the heart of India, Delhi is a historical city. The old buildings remind us about its glorious past.

 

Varanasi Considered being the world’s oldest and holiest city among Hinduism. Also, Known as Banaras or Kashi. Pilgrims come to take a dive in the holy river Ganga.  To wash away their sins, hoping to sacrifice their life and get liberty from the cycle of rebirth.

This will be your Journey to know India with our Tour Guides and to know yourself with our Yoga Retreats.  In this journey, we will visit India’s Golden Triangle which Includes Temples and Historic Monuments of New Delhi, The wonder of world Taj Mahal in Agra, The Pink City Jaipur and finally a 10 days retreat in The capital of Yoga Rishikesh close to nature and river Ganga.

Our Traveling Overview:

Day 01-2 Delhi to Agra (210 kms/4.5 hours)

Namaste and Welcome to India!

Upon Arrive at the Delhi Airport, Your tour representative will meet you and Transfer to Agra. After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and visit the Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. <p> Take your time checking out the Taj and then head to Agra Fort for more history vibes. Grab some lunch, do some shopping, and maybe check out Mehtab Bagh for a cool Taj view.</p> Next day, make a little road trip to Fatehpur Sikri – it’s got old cool buildings and stuff. Get back to Agra for lunch, then check out Itmad-ud-Daulah’s Tomb – they call it the “Baby Taj.” Evening time, take a stroll by the river or go back to Mehtab Bagh for another Taj view at sunset. Finish it all up with a yummy dinner at a local spot. Enjoy your time in Agra! Stay overnight at the hotel. 
Note: Taj Mahal is closed for visitors on Friday. In case your visit to the Taj falls on a Friday as per the itinerary, we will arrange it for the next morning.

Day 3-4-5 Agra to Jaipur (250 kms/5 hours)

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and visit the Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Later, drive to Jaipur. En-route, visit the imperial ‘Ghost City’ of Fatehpur Sikri. Within it, lies the tomb of the great Sufi saint Salim Chisti. It houses the Panch Mahal and the Buland Darwaza, two of the many excellent representations of Mughal architecture. After the visit, you will go as far as Jaipur, the cap of the country Rajasthan, which is also popularly known as Pink City. On arrival in Jaipur relax and stay overnight in the hotel.

Amer Fort – feels like being in a royal storybook. Then, check out the City Palace and Jantar Mantar, these ancient places that tell cool stories. Next day, stroll around Hawa Mahal, the Palace of Winds – it’s like a dream. After that, explore the lively markets and try some local street snacks. In the evening, visit Jal Mahal – a palace sitting in the middle of a lake.  Last day, the Nahargarh Fort. Spend the afternoon shopping for cool stuff in the markets. Wrap up your Jaipur trip with a yummy dinner at a local spot. Have a blast in the Pink City!

Day 06: Jaipur to Delhi ( 260 km/4 h 52 min) 

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed to Delhi check-in process. Your first day’s tour will include visiting the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi- Raj Ghat and its neighbouring memorials. After sightseeing, you will be allowed to do shopping or carry on other activities. You will return back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

 

Day 06-07-08: Delhi Sightseeing.

 On the second day in Delhi of the tour, we shall take you around some of the best-known places of Delhi. Delhi is basically a chaotic city with Mughal architecture at sprawl. In the midst of the 21st-century buildings, you can find a good picture of the bygone era in the old age buildings. In the first day of the tour; we shall see some of the remarkable Mughal architecture.

The first destination is Humayun’s tomb. If you look at it from a distance you will feel like as if the tomb is floating on the gardens it is surrounded with – an exemplary example of that era. From here we will reach Qutub Minar (UNESCO World Heritage Site)– the longest Minaret of India. One can also see the Ashoka Stupa in Qutub Minar Complex. From here we reach the Jama Masjid (UNESCO World Heritage Site). We will pass by Lodhi Garden and spend some time there as we reach Akshardham Temple. After lunch, we shall move on to see the Red Fort from outside. In the evening we will take you to You will then visit the well-known attractions of Delhi including Jama Masjid, Red Fort and Chandni Chowk (local market) for shopping. We will return back to the hotel for dinner and night stay.

Day -9: 

We will start our journey for the 10 days digital detox.
so from delhi, we will move to our final destination for our special retreat in rishikesh.
