We provide bedrooms for singles and in twin sharing. The rooms are well-decorated according to modern aesthetics and are spacious. We provide superior quality linen and towels in their whitest whites. All rooms have a suitable facing such that guests can enjoy the view of lavish gardens and peaceful scenic beauty through their windows. Easy access to attached balconies do provide our guests with ample fresh air. You can prepare your favorite beverage and take a sip of it any time with quick access to our kitchenette. A cup of coffee, a relaxing chair, and your preferred book  is what makes the best of your ‘me-time.’

We focus on yoga and pranayam classes with a range of teachers or instructors to cater to all levels of practice, right from the amateur to the advanced ones. Our yoga sessions comprise various forms or styles like the Restorative, Iyengar, Hatha, and Aerial. Our 5-day program also includes 3 sound healing practices and  1 manual therapy to ensure that the guests feel the uniqueness of our retreat.

The 5-day retreat journey begins with the guests’ check-in and temperature and pulse checks of every client. After a warm welcome, you will get to taste a light meal specially prepared for that specific time. Once you are done with your food, a sound healing meditation will follow. Next, it will be the time for you to crash on the bed in your comfortable bedrooms and relax while taking a power nap.

The following day will be full of scheduled hardcore practice and relaxation sessions. There will be two yoga and pranayam classes per day. Besides, there will be sound healing sessions and a single manual therapy. You will have your three-time meals and 2 snack slots in between.

Besides, you will also get free time when you can engage in a variety of activities or avail a range of our in-house self-care treatments like spa, massage, and more. You can also indulge in a relaxing self-guided walk along the trails across the Ganges river bank to freshen your mood.

    • Roadways: You can reach Luxman Jhula by bus and land in Inter-State Bus Terminus that is 12 km from Luxman Jhula. After reaching the terminus, you can take an auto to reach the Jhula and finally to Fitfortunes Yogic Chikitsa by walking.
    • Railways: Reach Rishikesh Railway station and then to Fitfortunes via Luxman Jhula.
    • Airways: Take a flight to Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun, and reach the Jhula by roadways. You can then visit your retreat center by walking in just 3 minutes.
  • For a reservation, you have to pay a deposit of 25% of the total price.
  • If the booking is canceled, the deposit amount is non-refundable.
  • The remaining payment should be paid after check-in.

Please Note: All participants can take their free time whenever required. Additional charge for receiving treatments in free time has to be borne by the guests. Also, treatments should be requested at the time of booking for the retreat.
