Application Requirement : 

  • Your certificate of completion from the recognized certifying organization.
  • Duration of course and other educational qualifications.
  • Awards and recognitions received by you.

  • A treatment facility that meets or exceeds therapy standards.
  • At least one therapist working full time.
  • Availability of Doctors consultation in-house or from the third party.

  • Any documentation of the facilities available.
