The Fitfortunes team has been exploring different approaches to help people maintain physical and mental wellness in recent years. We’ve noticed that many people deal with daily life stress by seeking out various experts for guidance on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

To make it easier for everyone, we’ve combined several ancient Yogic Kriyas and practices into a comprehensive program that is safe and adaptable to individual needs. Self Healing with Yoga


In addition to our regular services, we provide specialized workshops called “Chikitsa” that focus on relieving chronic pain and improving overall health. These workshops cover stress and anxiety management as well as neck and back pain management. Through our “Yogic Chikitsa” course, we offer more comprehensive pain
management techniques along with guidance to enhance your movement patterns and strengthen your Bandhas. This course involves a detailed practice of core flow, various elements of Vinyasa, and finding synergistic energy lines and muscular alignment during asanas



The Prana Shakti course offers a way to strengthen your mind-body connection and regain your strength. By assisting you in regulating your mind and guiding you towards dhyana, we enable you to experience the genuine essence of yoga.
