Have you ever thought about how you got into the posture you now assume? How did you get those rounded shoulders or that pelvic tilt or that forward head posture?
It’s your habits! We all subconsciously assume certain positions throughout the day. And here’s the thing no one is telling you…There is no bad position. It’s ok to slouch. It’s ok to look down at your phone. It’s ok to extend and arch your back. You just can’t stay there all day.
We get stuck when we fail to move. Your body is meant to be fluid. You should be able to flow from one position to the next. Problems don’t come from posture. Problems from the inability to get out of your posture.
Your habits create your posture. And it’s your habits that are going to change them. BE THE CHANGE!
